The year is 2005, and a girl by the name of Danica Patrick has a very good chance of winning the Indianapolis 500. Now, I am in no way a fan of car racing, but it is very amusing to hear the comments out of a racers mouth.

For instance, Robby Gordon (some idiot racer) said the following. "I won't race against her until the IRL does something to take that advantage away." This quote is about Danica only weighing about 100 pounds, and he believes THAT is why she is winning races.

Carrie Underwood is now the next american idol. She was pretty much everyone's favorite from the start. Bo Bice was also an awesome competitor. Over the past month or so, he had me swaying in his direction, and I thought he was actually going to pull it off.

This was a good season. Minor controversy (contestants beating up their baby's mama's, drug convictions, Paula humping one of the contestants). Great TV I tell you.

And for this next story, I am absolutely amazed on the stupid things that people do. To do a quick summary:

It's around 3:30 on Sunday morning. I had an extremely long and eventful day. It started at around 8am, and will probably end in the next half hour or so.

Tonight I went to go see Star Wars. INTENSE!!! If you have seen any of the star wars, you can't go skipping out on this one. Now that dad and I saw Star Wars tonight, we have no idea of what to see tomorrow. Maybe we should just head out to Mohegan Sun again.

Looks like I won't be able to sit at a computer and do some stuff for a few days. So, i'll probably try to get as much work done as possible by the end of Sunday as I can.

Down to the top 2! Sad to see Vonzell go, but Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood are also both excellent performers. I have a feeling Bo is going to win, although I want Carrie to take it home.

Yesterday I was teaching out in Port Jefferson and after I left work, I headed out to the Smith Haven Mall. Nice place, I haven't been there in a very long time. It's still shaped like a swastika, but it's a nice place.

Continuing on, I was walking the mall just to kill time, and I find this movie place with nothing but movies. It was called Saturday Matinee. Appealing place, expensive movies if they aren't on sale, but very eye catching. Well, looking around, and there it is, the movie I have been thinking about for months now. Team America: World Police. If you have yet to see this movie, make sure you rent it. And be warned, there is a scene where the puppets are naked.

I gotta get to work.

Tonight is going to be the night that all the Star Wars crazies head out to the movie theater to watch Episode 3 - Revenge of the Sith. Don't get me wrong, there is absolutely nothing wrong with being a fan, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to see the movie at 12:00am on the night before it opens.

I just think it's a little odd when people go into the movie theater with their light sabres. Where the hell are you going to put the thing? You planning on having a face off with Darth Maul or some other Oober nerd?

I'm tired and I have a headache. I'm going to take a nap (so i can get up in a few hours with the rest of the nerds and see star wars).

American Idol is a super exciting season this year, with 3 left standing and two more weeks to go. All 3 of these finalists belong up there. It's going to be quite a fight for the idol this year. I'm hoping it's either Vonzell or Carrie, they are both very talented girls.

Every now and again I find a little time to browse the web for a little bit. The other day I found a link to an mp3 that was basically someone leaving a voicemail on someones answering machine. While leaving the voicemail an accident occurs and this guy proceeds to do a play by play for the next 3 minutes or so. It is a must hear.

I have just seen the scariest movie ever made. Yes, Fatal Attraction.

What I don't quite get is Michael Douglas going at it with Glenn Close. I would have rather seen Michael Douglas and the where's the beef lady, Clara Peller (yes, she had a name), going at it. At least there would have been some form of amusement.

Glenn Close is a very beautiful woman now, as seen in the hit drama 'The Shield', but back then, I just don't get it. Very disturbing movie.

Also, whatever you do, don't go see that steaming pile of crap of a movie, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Have an excellent day.
