With a last minute impulse I decided to head out to Mountain Creek yesterday with a few friends. They were kinda new to the whole "let's try the snowboarding thing". Which I remind pretty much everyone that it is going to be a day to remember (painfully speaking). One of my friends (we will call him boy) picked it up a little last season, and was hanging in there very well. Boy even learned how to turn a 360º to keep him from falling on his ass. Yet my other friend, (we will call her girl) never boarding once, picked it up by the end of the day. Girl was a total badass by the end of the day. I'm so proud.

I wish I had a snowboard instructor like me when I tried to learn my first day.

Beyond that, Mountain Creek has this amazing wall ride at the bottom of one of their terrain parks. And yeah, this thing is awesome to ride.

Wedding was wicked awesome, my family is wicked awesome, and JetBlue is wicked awesome.

Once again, had a great time in Cali, got back this morning, and went to sleep for a good 6 hours or so. I think i'm back on track now.

Unfortunately I won't have pictures from this trip until my family get's some out to me, but once I get some, i'll be sure to have them up.

My family as always has taken great care of me, and I can't wait to get back out there to do a little boarding and gambling in Tahoe.

Best thing about JetBlue is that damn DirectTV. Makes the trip so much better when you can't sleep in those uncomfortable seats.

Whenever friends of mine, or I go away I can't help but think about Armageddon when they are getting ready to fly away to the asteroid. That's where leaving on a jet plane comes from.

Anyway, it's friday, cousin Kathy is getting married tomorrow, and i'm heading out there tonight. My flight leaves at 7ish, and I gotta be there by around 5. Just to make things a little more interesting, I am teaching today in Commack until about 3:30. This is gonna be a close call.

Looks like a cold day on long island. I have to drive out east for an onsite today, where I would rather be driving out west to go boarding. It's a damn shame.

Oh, and my good friend Bill says I suck major moose testicles.

Lately I just love getting word of trash talk. Especially when it is toward me. Most people would get pissed, but I have learned to pretty much shrug it off. I actually find it quite flattering that someone would take the time out to actually mention me to another person whether it be in a good or bad way. Because I have obviously left an impression.

It's like someone says, hey Jake, guess what :: insert name here :: said about you the other day. I say, let's hear it, it's gotta be good coming from :: insert name here ::.

Let's just say, I was amused and flattered by the comment. And some of these comments will last a lifetime, and just blow up that giant narcissistic head of mine.

Weee hoooo! I'm off to work. And spyware sucks major moose testicles.

Been a wild holiday season. Haven't had much time to update, working on a few other things.

JakeSiegel.com is currently going over quite the overhaul. JakeSiegel.com is going to be my professional / business site to make a shit ton of money.

Soon, all of my photo galleries / blog and all that other cool stuffs will be hosted at JakeNY.com. Makes it much easier for my friends and family to type now. Most can't even spell my last name properly.

I should be moving over to the new servers within a month or two. If you want, you can actually start going to JakeNY.com, i'll redirect to this server until the new site is completed.

On top of that, I got a guitar for Christmas. Which totally rocks. I'm starting to learn a lot, very quickly. Mainly just a few chords, and how to go back and forth from one chord to the next in a decent amount of time.
